About
I am a sixth grade English, History and Theatre teacher at Thomas Starr King Middle School in Los Angeles, as well as a mother of two young children ages 5 and 7. I received a BFA in Theatre Arts from East Carolina University and am currently working on my master’s degree in English at California State University, Los Angeles, with a graduation date of Spring 2025. Later this spring, my poetry will appear in Statement magazine, an annual literary publication of CSULA since 1950.
